Meet Our Staff

Dawn has always had a love for animals since she was a little girl, taking in injured or sick animals. Giving them the love and care that they deserve. She has experience with a variety of breeds of dogs.  She spent time in her younger years  working in a veterinary office assisting in care for animals.  She has been doing basic training with friends, family & Individuals for over 25 years. She has done a lot of research, studying and a few apprenticeships to bring quality training to individuals and their pets with old school and up-to-date techniques. Dawn is a Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, and frequently takes seminars to stay abreast to the latest training approach.

Dawn has earned a few obedience & other  titles such as the Star Puppy, CGC, CGCA, CGCU, RNV1, (Rally Obedience), TKN, TKI, TKA, FDC, SEN, SCN, SVN, Therapy and Service Dog task training, NW1, NW2, NW3, CCSS-L1, CCSS-L2, CCSS-L3, DDCA, DDCI, DDCN, RATN & RATO, PKD-T, PKD-N with her partner Karma, Karma has also been featured in a Movie with Paramount Pictures Corporation., PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: NEXT OF KIN. 

Her Companion Kain has also received his Star Puppy, CGC, CGCA, CGCU, FDC, TKN, TKI, TKA & RNV1 (Rally Obedience).

Her buddy Zeppelin has earned his Star Puppy, CGC. CGCA, CGCU, TKN., TKI, & TKA. 

Xena has achieved her Star Puppy, CGC, CGCA, CGCU, TKN & TKI.   

Zeus is our newest addition and has earned his Star Puppy, CGC, CGCA, CGCU, RNV1, FDC, PDK-T, PDK-N, ORT, CCSS-L1, CCSS-2, DDCN, DDCI, TKN, and TKI Titles. He will be working towards more titling in the near future. 

Here at Eye of Oden K9 we believe Training is a never-ending journey for the clients as well as for the trainers. Being open to different ways of training and versatile is what makes us successful.
